Bubble at LaVilla 38

Perched up on the 37th floor of the Times Tower in Causeway Bay is Bubble, a spacious Lounge & Wine Bar.

Bubble at LaVilla 38 has got to be one of the most spacious and airy bar lounge I've been to in a while. When you enter this venue on the 37th floor, you forget that Hong Kong is strapped for space because here is a place where you can really put up a party. Massive black leather couches make up the ample seating area with large coffee tables in between them which makes Bubble feel pretty much like a big living room at home. Also being on the 37th floor, you of course get superb views of Kowloon habour. A long bar lines up along one side of the venue which is also the focus point. A glass bauble chandelier hangs up above it, giving you something to rest your eyes firmly on while you're drinking up your wine.

This brings me onto Bubble's main attraction. An Enomatic Wine Dispensing machine allows you to help yourself to more wine. It's not free by the way. You will of course have to pay for everything you drink like everywhere else unfortunately, that is unless you're a lovely lady and have caught some gentleman's attention and he has decided to fill you up with good wine.

If you're looking to do some wiggling, a live resident band play in the name of "Chicks" and the DJ is on his decks during the weekends spinning us some of his dance tunes.

Some stats I forgot to mention is that Bubble was opened alongside LaVilla 38, a French restaurant that sits on the 38th floor, so if you're hankering for a some food before or after a few drinks, just take the lift up one floor and voila!
