Privé NightclubEdge Club has been revamped and joined the growing list of members only club as PrivéHong Kong's clubs are all fast becoming and converting into member's only meaning you have to be something special and with some stature in order to get in. This is all good for reasons such as being better quality nightclubs, controlled flow of party-goers, better management and most of all, it makes you feel elite, that is if you can get in anyway. Club Privé is no short of this standard standing high up in the newest hip nightlife area of Wyndham Street just off the all-time popular area of you know, Lan Kwai Fong of course. 6000 square feet is what Privé is based in called The Centrium, decorated in Moroccan style, brown, sand, drapes, get the picture? Hip hop and R and B is what you will be dancing to on the small yet functional dancefloor that is in very easy reach of the bar where you'll be drinking up their lady named cocktails to make the night that little bit more eclectic. A big screen dominates the arena, something for you to pretend to be busy watching if you're not too keen in publicising your dance moves. All in all, a place that you should give a go to let your hair down for one crazy night!

PRIVE is a low class bar. They are racist and discriminate against individuals in wheelchairs. Regardless of how much you are willing to spend the low class management that makes a few measly dollars will turn you away.
My friend visiting HK from Canada went to Prive last week and the door people went on about his safety and not to let him in. I thought this was Hong Kong in the 21st century, not the dark ages!

Members club is bs to discriminate as those bouncers see fit. My single friends all have nice jobs and $$$ and we go elsewhere especially now Prive has moved into a 'cellar" (what a come down!) cos couldn't afford the rent cos their ignorant but self important bouncers were turning away the right people.
Kudos to the teammates for posting! Solidarity!
