Award winning Hong Kong Red bar and restaurant located inside Two IFC

Everyone in Hong Kong seems to know about the Red Bar and Restaurant even though it's rather discreetly hidden away situated above Pure Fitness's entrance inside Two IFC. So why do so many people know about this venue? Well, because Red is so conveniently located in the tallest building, business hub and fashion shopping centre of Hong Kong which makes it a perfect venue for after work drinks or just to chillout.

As I mentioned it is award winning, Red has received recognition as the most stylish bar by Condé Nast Traveler in 2005 and HK Magazine Reader’s Choice Awards in 2006. Once inside you will see how it is worthy of those awards. Dim lighting to set the mood, classic R and B and lounge tunes in the background, cosy low sofa seating on the inside and also ample seating in their al fresco outdoor area with breathtaking views of Kowloon's peninsula and Victoria Harbour. Large ranges of alcoholic drinks are on offer such as New World wines, champagnes, spirits and cocktails.

Healthy food is also available in Red's restaurant adhering to it's health conscious lifestyle induced by it's ownership of Pure Fitness gym just downstairs. Seafood, cheese, vegetables and lean meat dishes are available. There are of course, more meatier dishes such as your steaks and duck legs, but cooked in a way that is still very light.

Red Bar and Restaurant is definitely a place to enjoy a few drinks with your work mates or friends or to eat more healthily compared to what you usually get in mainstream city restaurants.
