The Sports Place BarThe theme of this bar is surprise surprise, centered around "Sports".The owners of The Sports Place picked a prosperous location, situated directly opposite the 2012 Kennedy Town MTR station. Usually filled with football punters and sports fanatics sitting on their high stools and tiny little tables which is just big enough to snugly fit 4 grown men or a bunch of ladies watching the latest in sports events on the big screen. Being a sports bar, 2 American-sized pool tables are available for you to show off your skills after getting excited watching your team win on TV. They also have a VIP room which you can book if you feel like treating yourself and your mates to a comfy sofa and private TV. Great if you want to get away from the crowds. The drinks are pretty cheap compared to the likes of Lan Kwai Fong serving your usual mix of Stella Artois, Carlsberg, Guinness etc. When no big games are on the screen, The Sports Place plays old-school rock music to keep you entertained.
