The Melting Pot

In my opinion, one of the best jazz bars or clubs available in Hong Kong in terms of entertainment

There has been an influx of jazz venues appearing throughout the city but I think The Melting Pot located in Soho has the edge when it comes down to what you are really looking for when you go to these type of places. The range in live entertainment is pretty spectacular with lots of jazz bands from all over the world performing on the dominating stage mainly from Japan and Shanghai. They also have an inhouse jazz band playing at night which I believe are heavily influenced by America because they really are damn good. The room's acoustics are second to none in Hong Kong. It's one of those places where you can enjoy live music at it's purest without any added glitches.

Room is dimly lit perfected as it should be. Plasma screens show classic jazz and blues from musicians such as Louis Armstrong and Jimi Hendrix during breaks in live shows. Grab yourself a drink, find yourself a seat and enjoy the shows here at the Melting Pot.
