One is for people who enjoy drinking wine and the other is for wine enthusiasts i.e. connoisseurs. Both menu's are just as good as each other but the latter contains more expensive and less common wines from around the globe. This list gets refreshed every so often, so if you've tried all the red and whites here before, come back a month later for some different tastings.

The mood is sexy with dark lighting and mainly red, black and white decor to create a more sleek and mysterious ambiance. Soft jazz helps soothe you further into a relaxation trance.

So apart from the wine, why else should you come to Wine Bar by Paul's Kitchen? Well, for the tapas and european style cuisine. Generously sized portions and they have a special going on during happy hour, HK$100 for unlimited wine and throw in another HK$60 and you get unlimited tapas aswell.
